Design Brief

The Business Central Towers comprises 470 units of offices and 19 units commercial/retail and is located on the prime business plot on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The building comprises a 6B+G+6P+2F+44 Floors offices and commercial tower. This project is not only the landmark but also an icon for the whole city of Dubai.

 Business Central Towers is a 53-stories commercial and offices tower located in Media City and facing Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. It offers a stunning view of the Sheikh Zayed Road where most of the high rise towers in Dubai can be found.

Design

The tower offers a stylish look with a past modern design. Its finishes were a mixture of stone and glazing. National Engineering Bureau engineered the building to provide high quality and stylish commercial and offices units for the tenants. The total height of the building id 265m and encompasses the total land area of 12,704.60m².
